THE LARGEST PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING EVENT OF ITS KIND at the STATE CAPITOL CELEBRATING FULTON COUNTY

After celebrating the success of the inaugural Atlanta-Fulton Foundation Day (formerly Fulton County Day) in February 2023, we are excited about AFFD24 and the unique opportunities to bring together leaders from across the region to the Georgia State Capitol.  We remain steadfast in our faith that bringing leaders together from various levels of government and the community will build and nourish relationships. In addition, we are very proud of our outstanding business and governmental leadership and to our gracious host committee members.

The concept of AFFD was born out of the need to identify new platforms for leaders in the Atlanta Metropolitan area (specifically Fulton County) to engage further relationships with state leaders. Further, The General Assembly Reception ( Taste of Fulton County) serves as a convener for legislators, elected, appointed, business, and community leaders along with raising the necessary funds to donate to identified local non-profits.  The ardent ability to create and nurture relationships that yield opportunities with tangible outcomes are the fundamental aspects of the day and its purpose. With interest, support, and attendance on the rise since its inception, AFFD has been able to provide a relative and memorable experience each year.

As the Atlanta-Fulton Foundation Inc. continues to build on the success of organizing and hosting Atlanta-Fulton Foundation Day (formerly Fulton County Day)  at the Georgia State Capitol, we are reminded that this event and its participants will impact the trajectory of Fulton County and influence generations of leaders in business, industry, and civic responsibility for decades to come.
